We are NOT agentec.io, which is a separate United States company, and not the listed Japanese
company of a similar name.

## What is true today, measured 2026-08-28
- The systems are live. TRUE. Ten of them answered on their real addresses today, and they have been watched every ten minutes since 18 August.
- The systems are used every day. NOT TRUE. Our own ladder awards zero applications the owner tested or used rung. One consultant got access to the inspection app for the first time on 27 August 2026.
- We can sell you these exact systems today. NOT TRUE. The systems were built inside a relocation company and the paperwork that moves them has not been signed. We will tell you exactly what we can and cannot license before you spend anything.
- We have done this for a client before. NOT TRUE. No client has signed. You would be the first, and the price should reflect that.
- The engineering is real. TRUE. 5,668 commits across nine systems, 6,063 tests passing with none failing on the last promotion, and a chain that was walked end to end on live production on 24 June 2026.

## The numbers, each with a source
- Systems answering in production: 10 . Watched from 13 addresses, checked about every ten minutes since 18 August 2026.
- Uptime probes run: 16185 . 18 to 28 August 2026. We publish the method, not a percentage, because the instrument is a laptop on a home connection.
- Probe rounds where all 13 answered: 1150 of 1,256. Grouped by minute. 74 of the failures had ten or more addresses failing at the same instant, which is our own network, not thirteen outages.
- Commits behind those systems: 5668 across 9 systems. Counted from each git checkout on 28 August 2026.
- Tests passing on the last promotion: 6063 zero failing. The marketing system, 23 August 2026.
- Applications tracked: 183. At owner tested: 0. At used: 0.
- Clients signed: 0. The firm cannot invoice until one commencement form is filed.

## What we know is broken
- Photo upload in the inspection app returns an error on every photo, so evidence never leaves the phone. Written up in the repository, not yet fixed.
- The intelligence system was measured at 52 human visits ever and zero outcomes. Building it was not the hard part. Getting it used is.
- This firm cannot invoice until one form is filed.

## Ask us anything
There is a Model Context Protocol endpoint at /api/mcp with three tools: ask_agentec,
get_record and get_demonstration. It answers from 60 written passages and cannot
invent an answer. There is also POST /api/answer taking {"question": "..."}.

## The demonstration on the site
A recording of a fictional job: 12 steps, 6970 ms, 19 fields found and
4 missing, 9 checks of which 2 stop for a person. Every company,
person and rate in it was invented. It is not a real client.
